Payment Options

• Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
• Full payment of services is required at time of treatment
• Sorry , we do not accept personal cheques

Insurance Claims

We  are happy to provide you with all the paperwork you need for insurance purposes. Most major companies accept electronic submission, with reimbursement of fees ususally  occurring within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Many patients are waiting for a dental appointment sooner then the one they already have and appreciate any opening which becomes available due to cancellations.

To accomodate these patients, a minimum of 48 business hours adavance notice is required for cancelled appointments. If less then 48 business hours is given, a $300 reservation deposit will be required for the missed appointment prior to your next appointment. Your dental insurance does not provide payment for missed appointments.
